CANCELLATION POLICY
Provided that you give us at least 48hours’ notice of a cancellation, we will refund any deposit paid less a £10 administration charge.In the event of any notice less than 48 hours or a no-show, the full price of your first night’s stay will be charged to the card used to secure the reservation and the booking will be cancelled. There will be no refunds on advance purchase bookings.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY
Group bookings are accepted at the discretion of the management. Please contact our Reception by telephone on 01273 688825 or email to reservations@amsterdam.uk.com to arrange a group booking.
Please Note: Our policy is to refuse Stag and Hen parties. If groups ignore this and book individually and are then found to be part of a hen/stag party we will cancel their booking (even on arrival). If we need to cancel a booking in these circumstances less than 48 hours before arrival date we will apply a 50% cancellation fee.
